Training weights to classify tree species from single tree LiDAR point clouds - the DetailView AI-model.

AI model weights for the DetailView model to classify tree species from single-tree LiDAR point clouds (terrestrial, uncrewed and mobile laser scanning data). The Model code can be found on GitHub (https://github.com/JulFrey/DetailView). The dataset is published at the repository of the University of Ghent (http://doi.org/10.5281/ZENODO.13255198), and the respective paper can be found on axXiv (http://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.2408.06507). Please use the description in the GitHub repository to run the code. The model weights 'model_202305171452_60' are the ones originally used in the publication. The version 'model_ft_202412171652_3' is retrained to place more emphasis on species that are common in central Europe.
